Soul Dope Sessions is a carefully curated live music series that brings rising indie talent to the forefront in an intimate, Tiny Desk-style setting where every note hits different.
Our August feature is none other than the Queen of Soul Dope, Qamil. She will be accompanied by a live band as she shares music from her new album, Comfort Food, as well as some personal favorite records that she’s released throughout her career.
Qamil will also be preparing dinner for you making this night extra special.

Soul Dope Sunday - Open Mic

Soul Dope Sunday is a monthly open mic competition that originally ran from 2013-2016 on OSU campus. The show is set up competition style with the winner being chosen by a panel of judges. The prize is a paid feature at the following month’s show. The mic is open to musical artists, comedians, dancers and anyone with a talent to share.

We're bringing you all that all black improv goodness, where you make the suggestions, and we do the rest. And we come back with two of Columbus' most prolific guests.
